If you have single branch with monthly income ₱100,000 or less, you can use the LMS free for life under our Fair Usage Policy. If you grow beyond that, we may invite you to upgrade to a paid plan to help sustain the platform and future development.

No download and installation is needed. This is a cloud based web application, accessible on your phone, tablet, or computer through a browser. You just need a stable internet connection.

Simple 3 steps to get started

  1. Register/Sign Up

    Create account with email address and password, along with basic laundry business information. A verification email will be sent. Click on the link to verify your email address

  2. Setup Services and Prices

    After verification of the email, you should be able to login to the app. Setup the services you are providing along with prices. This is crucial step and must be setup correctly, in order for the app to function correctly

    PLEASE NOTE that prices are set based on the Kilos, not qty. e.g Amount (price) of a load (usually 8kg). Mostly with every input, there is a small red circle with question mark, for explanation of how to input values

  3. Use the app and perform regular operations

    Once services and prices are set, app is ready to use. Usually app will be used for following regular operations:

    • Encode Orders
    • Create Receipts (Receive Money)
    • Encode Expenses

Following is the list of features available in the app
  • Order Tracking. New, Pending, Completed, Delivered etc
  • Customers database. Save customer profile information along with notes/comments for reference
  • Kilo based input. You enter how many kilos of laundry you received and app will calculate total based on price setup
  • Loyalty System. No more to spend on loyalty cards. All managed by app automatically
  • Cash Management. To know, how much money is in CASH BOX of the shop, or in GCash account. How much is total COH (Cash On Hand)
  • Receipt and Incoice. Generate acknowledment Receipt (Thermal printer roll paper size) or Invoice (A4 paper size) along with payment information, for printing or send by email
  • Reports. Daily, monthly and yearly reports and graphs, to see the business growth
  • Users. Multi user access. Admin can see full business insight and reports, such as monthly, yearly income and profit. Staff can perform daily operations
  • Many more to come...

Yes, multiple users can be added with different roles. All users can use the app at same time.

Your data is stored securely and backed up regularly. We do not share your data with any third parties. You are the owner of data of your business.
